Yes, based on the photo, I believe the layering is as follows:

Bacon, wrapped around
Hot Dog
on top of Cheese
on a Fried Egg
all within the warm embrace of a Bun

This should not be confused with a "Pig in a Blanket" from The Yankee Doodle.

See, the kosher dog up there would be about perfect if it were sauerkraut instead of relish ...
