I'm in the process of reading Vincent Bugliosi's "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder". I'm only 1/3 through but damn does he make a beautiful argument.

I heard an interview with him this morning (Air America - Stephanie Miller show) and he sure sounded clear headed and dedicated. Sounded like a good read to me.

Allegedly, Kucinich introduced 35 Articles of Impeachment Against George W. Bush. So maybe we'll see something yet. (pardon me while I don't hold my breath.)

It's too late to impeach him. Way too late.
But never too late to prosecute him after he leaves office. That's my preference.
Convict him here of domestic spying etc., and then ship him to the Hague for war crimes & renditions & kidnapping.
Anything else would be uncivilized.

Actually Bugliosi claims he couldn't be prosecuted until after his term was over. But he's made a case where each State Prosecutor can charge him as all 50 states have had soldiers murdered because of his trumped up war.

Also, the US is not a signatory of the ICC, so he can't be tried at The Hague. That's my understanding.
